Smiley Dental & Orthodontics
Location pages built to book appointments, with a test page first

Your ads already send people to your site. The question is how many of them book. We propose one test page you can measure against your current page for 30 days, a list of fixes for your site at no charge, and, if the test results and the audit findings make the case, a rebuild of your site around its 29 location pages, on a system your team runs without a developer.

29 location pages110 URLs redirected one to one8 weeks from contentUSD 13,500 fixed, test page credited
The one-page summary

For anyone who was not on the call. Everything below expands on these five lines.

What we proposeA list of fixes, a test page, and a rebuild of your location pages
The fix list is free and your team applies it. The test page runs next to your current page for 30 days. The rebuild is the main project: your site around its 29 location pages, on a system built for booking, with Spanish and monthly support as options.
What it costsUSD 1,900 for the test page, credited in full against the USD 13,500 rebuild
Fixed prices. Spanish is an option at USD 3,500. Monthly continuity after launch is optional at USD 1,900 per month, month to month. Platform fees are paid by you directly and listed below.
What changesEach ad lands on the office it is about, loads fast on a phone, and is measured by booking clicks and calls
Today your pages are built one by one in WordPress. After the rebuild, the 29 offices are one list your team edits in one place, and new landing pages are built from approved blocks without a developer.
The riskThe test is small, so it can only prove a big win
For 30 days, half of one campaign's clicks go to the new page. That is enough traffic to see a big improvement (for example, 30% more people booking), but not a small one: if the new page does only 10% better, the numbers will not be clear enough to say so, and we will tell you that rather than claim a win. Before the test starts we check that the campaign has enough clicks for it to mean something. The decision on the rebuild is yours, with the test result and the audit findings in hand.
How you can exitYou keep everything at every step
Your domain, your current site, the fix list, the test report and the data stay yours. If you go ahead, the Webflow account is in your company's name from day one. Monthly support cancels with 30 days' notice.
Where your site is today

We reviewed all 110 pages of smileydental.net on October 23, 2026. Three things worth a look, as questions for your team rather than conclusions.

The sitemap Google is pointed toDoes Search Console have the full sitemap?
The sitemap your robots.txt announces lists 2 of 110 URLs. The complete one exists (sitemap_index.xml) but is not announced. If it is registered in Search Console, Google sees everything; if not, 108 pages depend on Google finding them on its own.
SpanishIs English only a choice, or a gap?
All 110 pages are English only, with no language tags and no language switch. Texas is 40% Hispanic and the city of Dallas 43% (U.S. Census Bureau). Of the 6 competitors we reviewed, only 1 has a complete Spanish site.
Speed on a phoneWhy does one office page load in 2.5 seconds and the home page in 7.5?
Home page on mobile: 65 out of 100, largest element visible after 7.5 seconds, 2.4 MB. One office page scores 91 with 2.5 seconds. Most of your ad clicks arrive on a phone; more than half of mobile visitors leave when a page takes over 3 seconds to load (Google, 2016).

Also measured: color contrast fails on the home and office templates, 223 of 963 images have no alt text, one internal link returns a 404, and some office pages carry unresolved template code that search engines read as broken links. All of it goes in the fix list.

Why a dental chain's site is different
How we propose to do it three steps, each one optional after the last

Nothing on your current site changes without your team. The fix list is theirs to apply. The test page lives on a subdomain next to your site. The rebuild replaces your site only when you decide, and only on the day of the switch.

Step 1The fix list for your current site
No charge
What to fix on smileydental.net and why, in priority order: sitemap, redirects, broken links, images without alt text, mobile speed, tracking tags. Your team or your WordPress developer applies it. Nothing in it requires us. If you prefer that we apply it, we quote that separately, one time.
Step 2One test page for your main campaign
USD 1,900credited if you go ahead
A landing page for the main campaign's offer and office, hosted at book.smileydental.net on your domain, on a Webflow account in your company's name from the start (the site plan below begins with the test page). English; Spanish only if the campaign already runs Spanish ads. "Book" goes straight to that office's NexHealth link; "Call" goes to a tracked number that forwards to the office. Built in 5 business days from receiving the campaign details and brand files, with 2 rounds of changes. Price USD 1,900, paid when the page starts. If you go ahead with Step 3, it is credited in full. If you do not continue, the page is yours: we hand it over or take it down. Nothing more to pay; the fix list and the test report stay yours either way.
Step 3Your 29 location pages, rebuilt to bookRecommended
USD 13,500fixed
What the USD 13,500 includes: the home page, the region pages and about 20 service pages on a service template; the 29 location pages on a location template, all 29 offices as a single list your team updates in one place (address, hours, phone, NexHealth link, reviews); every one of your 110 URLs redirected one to one; the fixes from Step 1 built in; booking and call tracking per office; an accessibility review (WCAG 2.1 AA); an editor seat so your team launches new landing pages from approved blocks without a developer; 30 days of search traffic monitoring after launch; and the 44 blog articles moved over as they are into a blog list, not rewritten. About 10 templates in all (home, service, service family, location, region, office directory, blog, article, legal, careers and forms). Your current site stays live until the day we switch.
Options you can add to the rebuild
OptionThe site in Spanish
USD 3,500
The home, services, regions and 29 location pages written in Spanish for your patients, not machine-translated, with Spanish URLs (for example /es/consultorios/oak-cliff) and the language tags search engines need. Blog articles not included.
After launch, if you want us to stay month to month, 30 days' notice
OptionMonthly continuity
USD 1,900per month
New landing pages when your team needs them, one landing-page test at a time, each run long enough to read, and a monthly report of cost per booking-intent action by market, and cost per booked appointment when your team shares the counts. Starts only if you choose it, after the rebuild is live. No minimum term; cancel with 30 days' notice.

Location pages rebuild (Step 3)
Home, regions, about 20 service pages and 29 offices on about 10 templates; blog moved as is; 110 redirects; fixes built in; tracking per office; accessibility review; editor seat; 30 days of monitoring. The USD 1,900 already paid comes off this amount.

If you do both: USD 13,500 in total (the test page is part of it).

Options, if chosen: Spanish, USD 3,500, billed with Payment 02, at launch. Monthly continuity, USD 1,900 per month, billed at the start of each month after launch.

Paid by you directly, in your company's name: Webflow site plan, about USD 25 per month billed yearly; one editor seat, USD 15 per month; for the Spanish option, Webflow Localize Advanced, USD 29 per month (webflow.com/pricing, October 23, 2026). Call tracking is a separate service: about USD 50 per month plus about USD 3 per tracked number (29 numbers), final figure confirmed before signing. All platform fees together: about USD 180 per month, or about USD 210 with the Spanish option.

Not included: photography and video · writing new English copy beyond the location and service templates · ad spend and campaign management · blog articles · your domain registration.

Billing: invoiced in USD, paid by wire or ACH. Prices are in USD and before tax. Whether Mexican VAT applies to a US client is confirmed in writing before you sign; nothing is added afterward.

The test, and what it can and cannot tell you
Technology: four options See detail

We compared the four realistic ways to run a 29-office site. Costs are license fees per year, before any build work, from each vendor's public pricing on October 23, 2026.

WordPress, as you have it todayAbout USD 460 to 600 per year in hosting, plus plugins
What it does well: your team already knows it, and it builds pages without a developer. What it costs you: every plugin is a moving part to update and secure; speed and accessibility depend on how each page was built; Spanish needs another plugin; 29 offices are 29 pages edited one by one unless someone builds a system for it. The fix list in Step 1 is written for this setup.
Webflow (our recommendation)About USD 300 per year for the site plan, plus USD 15 per editor seat per month; Spanish adds USD 29 per month
Landing pages per campaign and per office from approved blocks, with no developer. The 29 offices live in one list and feed every page. Spanish is built in, with its own URLs and language tags. Hosting, security and updates are Webflow's job: nothing to patch. Content (the CMS lists) exports as CSV; page designs and layouts do not export. RAINVO is a Webflow Partner. You pay Webflow directly, at list price; we earn nothing on your plan. Webflow does not sign a HIPAA agreement, which is fine because the site never holds patient data. The account is in your company's name.
Astro with a content database (Sanity)About USD 60 to 600 per year
Fastest pages and the least lock-in. The trade: every new kind of page or block needs a developer; your team edits content, not layouts. The right choice if you ever need heavy custom logic, such as a complex office finder by ZIP code.
Next.js with a content database (Sanity)About USD 240 to 780 per year
Same strengths and the same trade as Astro, with more moving parts and a hosting bill that grows with traffic. Suited to web applications more than to a marketing site.

Why Webflow: landing pages per campaign and per office built from one office list, Spanish built in, and no plugins to patch, with your team editing without a developer. If one day you need custom logic, Astro is the alternative and the content moves with you.

How we work with Blank Prjct

Blank Prjct is your brand and social media agency. We work side by side with them.

What could go wrong, and how we handle it
Search rankings after the switchEvery URL redirected one to one, and 30 days of monitoring
All 110 URLs keep working and point to their new page. Titles, descriptions and office data carry over. We watch search traffic for 30 days after launch and fix any redirect or indexing errors we find.
Campaigns and measurementYour tags stay; your team keeps control of the ads
Google Tag Manager, TVSquared, respond.io chat, the Google reviews widget, Elfsight and the Meta Pixel carry over on the site (the pixel never goes in the booking flow). WordPress-only parts (Elementor, Yoast, Popup Maker) are replaced by the new system. We do not promise a lower cost per click or a number of appointments; we promise a faster page per office and clean measurement so you can see the difference yourselves.
If you stop working with usYour team edits everything; we document everything
The office list, the templates and the landing-page blocks are editable by your team. You get written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. If we stop working together, the site keeps running and any Webflow professional can take it over.
HIPAAThe site is designed not to collect patient data
Booking happens in NexHealth; calls go to your office and are counted, not recorded. No forms that ask for health information, no ad pixels in the booking flow. We do not sign a Business Associate Agreement because we never hold protected information. Accessibility is reviewed to WCAG 2.1 AA; the HHS Section 504 rule sets deadlines of May 11, 2027 (15 or more employees) and May 10, 2028 (fewer than 15), extended by HHS in 2026 (hhs.gov); your counsel can confirm it applies to you.
Appointments during the changeYour current site stays live until the day we switch
The rebuild happens next to your site, not on it. The switch is one DNS change on a day you choose, and we lower the DNS TTL beforehand, so rolling back normally takes under an hour.
A vendor in another countryUSD invoices, written agreement, your accounts in your name
RAINVO is a web studio in León, Mexico, working with clients in the United States since 2019, on the same time as Dallas in winter and one hour behind in summer. Invoices in USD by wire or ACH, a written agreement before any work, and every account (domain, Webflow, call tracking) in your company's name.

What we need from your team
Next step
01
A 45-minute call the week of November 2 to walk through this together and hear what you want to improve, and by what number.
02
The fix list reaches your team within 5 business days of that call, at no charge.
03
If you want the test, you sign the test-page agreement (annex below), send the campaign details, and the page is live 5 business days later.
Annex: site audit summary See detail

Measured on October 23, 2026, from your sitemap, each page's response, 321 internal links, and Lighthouse mobile tests. The full table of 110 URLs is available on request.

Inventory110 URLs: 29 location pages, 37 pages, 44 blog articles
All 110 respond, all but one with 200: one office page redirects to its region page. All indexable, each with its own canonical, title and description. About 10 templates. The blog's last article is from March 2025.
Platform and integrationsWordPress with Elementor Pro and Yoast, on Kinsta behind Cloudflare
NexHealth booking on every page (30 office IDs for 29 offices; the extra one to be confirmed with your team), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TVSquared, respond.io chat, Google reviews widget, Elfsight, Popup Maker. Carried over: Tag Manager, TVSquared, respond.io, the reviews widget, Elfsight and the Meta Pixel. Replaced: Elementor, Yoast, Popup Maker.
FindingsFive findings, all verified in a browser; three need your input
1. English only, no language tags. 2. The announced sitemap lists 2 of 110 URLs; the full one is not announced. 3. Home page on mobile scores 65 with 7.5 seconds to the largest element; one office page scores 91. 4. Contrast fails on home and office templates; 223 of 963 images without alt text. 5. One internal link returns 404; one office page redirects to its region page; unresolved template code in the HTML.
Not measuredIndexed pages, traffic, forms
Indexed pages and traffic need your Search Console and Analytics. We submitted no forms, because they are patient forms.
Working as intended"Book Online"
The button opens an office selector that leads to NexHealth. Two steps, but it works.
Annex: test-page agreement See detail

The terms of the test page in one place. Signed before the page is built. Fields for the campaign name, office and dates are filled in together on the call.

1. The pageOne landing page for the main campaign, hosted at book.smileydental.net
English (Spanish only if the campaign already runs Spanish ads). "Book" goes to that office's NexHealth link; "Call" goes to a tracked number that forwards to the office; calls are counted, not recorded. No forms, no health information, no ad pixels in the booking flow. Setup needs one CNAME record in your DNS and one Google Tag Manager tag on your current page. Nothing else on your site changes. Built in 5 business days from receiving campaign details and brand files, with 2 rounds of changes.
2. PriceUSD 1,900 list price, credited in full against the rebuild
Paid when the page starts. If you go ahead with the location pages rebuild, the full amount comes off the rebuild's first payment. If you do not continue, the page is yours: we hand it over or take it down. Nothing more to pay. The fix list and the test report are yours either way.
3. How the test runsGoogle Ads campaign experiment, 50/50, 30 days
Same ads, same budget, same dates; only the landing page changes. 30 days from the first day both pages get traffic. Nobody changes ads, bids or budget on that campaign during the test. RAINVO gets read-only access to Google Ads and GA4 for the duration. Appointment counts for that office come from your team; we never access NexHealth or patient data.
4. What we measureBooking-intent rate per page
Primary: clicks to "Book" plus calls over 30 seconds, divided by visits. Secondary: appointments booked for that office from each page, cost per booking-intent action, mobile load time. Not compared: Meta Pixel conversions. A result under 20% either way is reported as "no clear difference." The test is evidence for your decision, not a verdict on its own.
5. Who does whatYour team, RAINVO, Blank Prjct
Your team: campaign details and the current landing page, the GTM tag, the experiment setup with us, the CNAME, read access, appointment counts, the offer terms as they should appear. RAINVO: the fix list, the page, the tracking, a weekly update, the report. Blank Prjct: the brand files as they are today; they see the report.
6. What stays yoursDomain, current site, fix list, report, data
RAINVO never holds patient information: booking happens in NexHealth and calls go to your office.
